Getting started

How do I create an account?+

Click Sign in and continue with Google. Two clicks and you can bid, buy and consign. No forms, no confirmation emails.

Is bidding free?+

Yes. You only pay if you win: the hammer price plus a 10% buyer’s premium. That is the whole fee.

What is my avatar?+

Every account gets a unique generated avatar, shown next to your bids. Change it any time on your Account page: four styles and a shuffle button with endless options.

Bidding and auctions

When do auctions close?+

Every Monday at 10:00 AM Singapore time. That is the advertised close; extended bidding can keep a hot lot alive past it (see below).

How does extended bidding work?+

Every lot stays open 30 minutes past the advertised close. A bid during that window pushes the real close another 10 minutes, and each later 10-minute round extends again if anyone bids in it. The lot ends the first time a round passes with no new bids, so last-second sniping never wins.

What is the minimum bid?+

Bids move in steps of at least S$5 above the current bid. The lot page always shows the exact minimum for your next bid.

Are there reserve prices?+

No. VaultedSG runs no-reserve auctions: every lot starts at its opening price and sells to the highest bidder. No hidden minimums, ever.

Can I retract a bid?+

No. Every bid is binding. Bid only what you are ready to pay, because winning creates a real order with a real payment deadline.

Buy Now

How does Buy Now work?+

Fixed-price slabs sell instantly to the first buyer. Click Buy Now, confirm the total (price plus 10% premium), and the card is yours pending payment.

Paying

How do I pay?+

PayNow. The exact payment details and your lot reference appear on your Orders page the moment you win or buy.

How long do I have?+

72 hours from winning or buying. Your Orders page shows a live countdown for every unpaid order.

What if I miss the deadline?+

The order is cancelled, the card relists, and the account is banned from future bidding. This is strict because every fake bid steals a real collector’s win.

Shipping and collection

How do I receive my card?+

After paying, choose on your Orders page: collect in person in Singapore, or have it shipped tracked. We coordinate the handover details with you after payment.

Do you ship overseas?+

Singapore first. Message us about overseas shipping and we will quote tracked international postage case by case.

Selling and consignment

How do I sell my cards?+

Register each slab on the Consign page, then mail it tracked to our address. We film the unboxing, verify the cert number, photograph the card and list it in the next Monday auction.

What cards do you accept?+

Graded Pokémon slabs: PSA, CGC, BGS and ACE. Raw cards are not accepted for now.

When do I get paid?+

After your buyer pays and the sale completes, we PayNow you the hammer price. The buyer’s premium is how the vault earns its keep.

Can I set a reserve?+

No. All auctions are no-reserve: you agree the starting price with us and the market decides the rest. It is the fairest deal for bidders and it is why lots actually sell.

Trust and account

How do I know the cards are real?+

Custody first: every slab is physically mailed to us, filmed at unboxing and cert-checked against the grader’s database before it can be listed. You bid on photos of the actual slab in our vault.

Why is my account restricted?+

Accounts that break the rules (usually unpaid wins) lose bidding rights. If you think it is a mistake, send us a message from the chat bubble and we will look into it.
